Application process
Step 1: Simple online application
Start your journey to #TeamOne with a straightforward online application. Simply upload your CV and tell us a little about yourself - no long cover letter required. We are eager to learn more about your skills, experience and motivation.
Step 2: We get back to you
Once we have received your application, we will take the time to review it carefully. Our goal is to make sure that your skills and vision match our requirements and goals. We will get back to you as soon as possible to give you feedback. If you are suitable, we will invite you to an interview.
Step 3: The introductory meeting
The introductory interview is your chance to get to know us better - and vice versa. You will meet a team member from the relevant department who will give you an initial insight into your potential tasks and the working environment at AccountOne.
Step 4: Optional - One day of trial work
We want you to feel completely confident in your decision to become part of #TeamOne. That's why we offer you the opportunity to spend a trial day with us after the introductory interview. This is an optional opportunity that we are happy to make possible if you would like to gain a deeper insight into our team and your future tasks. The decision is entirely up to you - some of our applicants use this opportunity to get to know the working environment and team dynamics better, while others decide to take the next step straight away.
Step 5: Conclusion of contract
If everything fits and both you and we are convinced that we can achieve great things together, it's time to sign the contract. Our process is efficient and swift, so it's not unusual for less than a month to pass between your application and your first day at work.

In a short, relaxed 30-minute call, we get to know each other and then decide together whether our mutual expectations are suitable for a further, more detailed interview.
We will keep your slot reserved for 48 hours. As soon as we have your info mail (CV/key data), the date is confirmed.
