DocMorris DATEV integration: connect the pharmacy marketplace and accounting

Retailers sell health and personal care products on the DocMorris marketplace. DocMorris provides orders and payments as files. AccountOne reads them in via Smart Import, brings order and payment together and turns them into accounting data for DATEV.

How DocMorris is connected

Two files are needed for DocMorris. The order file is available in the DocMorris PartnerHome under Mein Konto → Rechnungen (my account → invoices) for the respective period. The payment file is not downloaded from the portal but sent by DocMorris.

Both files are uploaded in AccountOne under Buchungen → Uploaddaten → Smart Import (bookings → upload data → Smart Import). They then appear in the list below the upload area.
