Shopify Payments DATEV integration: payments directly via the Shopify connection
Shopify Payments is Shopify’s own payment service. It does not need a separate connection: the payments arrive together with the orders via the AccountOne Shopify DATEV integration. AccountOne reconciles the two and prepares revenue and payments separately for DATEV.
What AccountOne offers for Shopify Payments:
- Payments from Shopify Payments come in via the Shopify connection
- Each payment reconciled with the corresponding order
- Fees and payouts can be assigned to separate accounts
- Exports collected per month in the Export Dashboard, separated into revenue and payments
- Export in DATEV format (EXTF) for import via batch processing or transfer via the DATEV Buchungsdatenservice
- Several shops, each with its own prefix
How Shopify Payments is connected
Shopify Payments does not need a separate connection. It is enough to connect the store via the public app “AccountOne-Ecommerce2Datev”. The payments and their fees appear as soon as Shopify has paid out and created the settlement report.
