Temu DATEV integration: two reports become finished accounting data
Temu provides sales and payment data as reports in the Seller Center. AccountOne reads these reports in via Smart Import, links sales, returns and refunds with the payments and fees and turns them into accounting data for DATEV.

How Temu is connected
Two CSV files from the Temu Seller Center are needed for each month. The “Bericht über Umsatztransaktionen” (sales transactions report) is available under Finanzen → Steuerbelegbibliothek (finance → tax document library); it contains sales, returns and refunded amounts. The transaction data is under Finanzen → Meldungsarchiv (finance → report archive) with the report type “Monat” (month); it contains payments, fees, refunds and payouts.
Both files are uploaded in AccountOne under Buchungen → Uploaddaten → Smart Import (bookings → upload data → Smart Import). They should not be opened in Excel beforehand, as Excel can alter formats when saving.
