METRO DATEV integration: from marketplace download to DATEV export

The METRO marketplace is used mainly by the hospitality sector and businesses. METRO provides the accounting documents for it in the seller account. AccountOne reads them in via Smart Import and turns them into exports that the tax firm can take straight into DATEV.

How METRO is connected

In the METRO account, there are two files under Buchhaltung → Buchhaltungsunterlagen (accounting → accounting documents): the “Abrechnungen” (statements) and the “Auszahlungsübersicht” (payout overview) as CSV. Both are generated and downloaded there and uploaded in AccountOne under Buchungen → Uploaddaten → Smart Import (bookings → upload data → Smart Import). The finished exports are then available in the Export Dashboard.
