Shop Apotheke DATEV integration: marketplace data from several shops in one place
The Shop Apotheke marketplace is aimed at sellers of health, personal care and drugstore products. Anyone selling there with several shops has to bring together the data of all shops. AccountOne retrieves the orders and payments of every specified shop and prepares them for the tax firm.

How Shop Apotheke is connected
Shop Apotheke runs its marketplace on Mirakl software. AccountOne is connected to Mirakl via an API: in the Mirakl account, an API key is generated under “Persönliche Einstellungen” (personal settings) and entered in AccountOne together with the marketplace name. For the data retrieval, a separate AccountOne user is recommended, which a store administrator can create.
Order data and payment data can be deselected individually during setup. That way nothing is imported twice if part of the data already comes in via another system.
If there are several shops, their shop IDs are entered during setup under “Liste der Shop-IDs” (list of shop IDs). AccountOne then retrieves the data of all specified shops.
