Intelligent payment matching
Kaufland's integral payment system is assigned fully automatically. Payments, fees and invoices are perfectly matched via transaction IDs.
Global control logic
AccountOne automatically recognizes the country of origin and destination of each shipment and applies the correct tax rates for the OSS procedure or local tax reporting.
Internationalization
AccountOne ensures that international marketplaces such as CZ, SK, PL, AT, FR, IT can also be processed without additional effort.
Tax audited single entry
Each Kaufland order is valued and posted individually. Mixed tax rates and complex tax logic are processed automatically.
Direct DATEV transfer
We deliver CSV records ready for batch processing on a monthly basis. Your tax consultant simply uses the DATEV on-board tools for the import - without any ASCII tinkering.
