At AccountOne, we specialize in handling accounting data between ecommerce and tax consulting and currently serve more than 3,000 online retailers and the associated tax consultants who use our software. We use our software to evaluate all ecommerce transactions for VAT purposes on an EU basis and, as part of individual accounting concepts, provide our tax advisor and online merchant customers with the orders and associated payments as accounting data every month.
Your tasks:
✅ Support and advice for tax advisors and employees in the tax offices on all accounting issues in Ecommerce
✅ Supervision of technical staff in finance departments of large companies
✅ Development, creation and adaptation of individual accounting concepts
✅ Audit and validation of cross-border VAT processes
✅ Support for the initial setup of clients
✅ and much more

What you bring:
✅ Completed commercial vocational training and further training as a financial accountant or tax clerk
✅ ideally first experience in the field of e-commerce clients
✅ you are confident in dealing with the Value Added Tax Act and can quickly evaluate individual transactions in this regard.
✅ you are adept at working with Datev, especially Kanzlei Rechnungswesen. Alternatively also Simba, Addison or comparable accounting systems.
