To support our team, we are looking for a digital-savvy tax clerk or financial accountant to start as soon as possible.
AccountOne offers a platform that prepares the data from marketplaces, online stores and payment systems for the tax consultant for online retailers. Our own valuation matrix is used here, which assigns sales to the correct tax rates and tax countries independently of a merchandise management system. The fully automatic allocation of payment flows to revenue is already carried out on our platform. The resulting data can then be used to provide exports for the accounting department or tax consultant. We currently support over 5,500 online retailers and more than 1,100 tax firms that use our software.
Our 27-strong team is based in Flensburg. Our office with a view of the Baltic Sea is modernly equipped and offers everything you need to make your working day more enjoyable.
Tasks
- Support for tax consultants and specialist employees in the tax offices
- Supervision of technical staff in finance departments of large companies
- Development, creation and adaptation of individual accounting concepts
- Audit and validation of VAT processes
- Support with the initial set-up of clients
Qualification
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training as a financial accountant
- or a completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk
- You have a good grasp of complex corporate contexts, recognize their special features and derive the subtleties for accounting from them
- You are confident in preparing accounting data, annual financial statements, reports and advance VAT returns
- You are confident in dealing with the Value Added Tax Act and can quickly evaluate individual transactions in this regard
- You are familiar with DATEV, especially with Kanzlei Rechnungswesen
- You can explain complicated issues well and get to the point simply
