AccountOne is a start-up company founded in 2016 in Flensburg, Germany, based in Sonwik. We specialize in handling accounting data between e-commerce and tax consulting and currently serve over 2,500 online retailers and the associated tax consultants who use our software. We use our software to evaluate sales tax on an EU basis and provide orders and associated payments to our tax consultant and online merchant clients each month as part of individual accounting concepts. In addition, we generate the basic VAT compliance data for reporting sales taxes abroad. Our client base includes online retailers who are still at the beginning of their career up to multinational corporations and companies from all over the world. We advise tax consultants on the perfect and most effective accounting of bulk data and provide the necessary tools for GOBD compliant support of online retailers.
To support our team, we are looking for a digital-savvy tax clerk, or financial accountant as soon as possible.
The employment can be either part-time or full-time. Our paperless concept allows a location-independent and unbound work and allows home office after the training phase. Extensive training enables you to quickly and easily get to grips with the issues and problems of online trading and the associated accounting.
You will receive 30 vacation days, a company cell phone and a laptop to be perfectly prepared for every day.

Your tasks:
- Supervision of tax advisors and specialist employees in tax offices
- Supervision of technical staff in finance departments of large companies
- Development, creation and adaptation of individual accounting concepts
- Audit and validation of sales tax processes
- Support with the initial set-up of clients
Your profile
- You have completed commercial vocational training and further training as a financial accountant
- Or you have completed an apprenticeship as an assistant tax consultant
- You are good at thinking your way into complex business contexts, recognizing their specifics and deriving the finer points for accounting from them
- You are confident in the preparation of accounting data, financial statements, reporting and advance VAT returns
- You are confident in dealing with the Value Added Tax Act and can quickly evaluate individual transactions in this regard.
- You are experienced in working with Datev, in particular with Kanzlei Rechnungswesen (accounting)
- You can explain complicated issues well and get to the point in a simple way
