AccountOne offers a platform that prepares the data from marketplaces, online stores and payment systems for the tax advisor. Our own evaluation matrix comes into play, which assigns the sales to the correct tax rates and tax countries, even independently of a merchandise management system. The fully automatic allocation of payment flows to revenues already takes place on our platform. The resulting data can then be used to provide exports for accounting or the tax advisor. We currently support over 4,000 online retailers and more than 700 tax offices that use our software.
Tasks
- Support and advice for tax consultants and employees in the tax offices on technical application support in our software
- Analysis and development of interface concepts to the data supplying systems
- Verification and validation of data from online trade
- Implementation of our software solution and structuring of the data flow to our customers
- Ongoing support of tax law firms in the processing of e-commerce clients
- Support in the support of our application systems
- Telephone handling of customer inquiries regarding our software systems
- Supporting our customers in the use of our systems via remote maintenance
- Error description and escalation of customer problems to software development
- Maintenance and creation of customer and program documentation
- Telephone consultation on the use of our software systems
- Further development of our software solution together with the programmers
