You have opted for our trial version of AccountOne or have jumped right into the action. To start, please make sure that you already have a multi-client capable account. You can easily recognize this by the fact that the header appears in green after logging in. If this is not the case, please contact us at 0461 / 57 49 49 85. To get the data for the MWS token from your customer we have provided an email below. You can simply copy this and use it:
In order for us to read your Amazon data, we do not need your direct access data - you would only have to activate us at Amazon and send us the SellerID and the MWS Token. This is how it works:
1. https://developer.amazonservices.de/
access
2. click WMS activation
Click the second item: I want to enable an application to access my Amazon seller account using MWS.
Name: AccountOne
Account number: 9433-2861-8884
4. activate license agreements - activate both checkboxes and continue
5. send the seller ID and MWS token to us by email.
You can exchange the red colored name for your own or your firm's name, it is only used for identification at the dealer.
After you have received the token, enter the seller ID and the MWS token under "User->Master data Amazon". To do this, simply click on the "New+" button.
